HISTORY

The Eritrean Supplementary School is a project set by Blin Language & Culture. The organisation ran the supplementary school every Saturday from 11am to 2pm, at St Clement's Community Centre. The school started on 21 September 2002. The school is also a member of Partnership for Supplementary Schools in Kensington & Chelsea. The children who attended this school were recieving support in English, Maths and Science. Most importantly the children were taught the Blin Language.

ABOUT US

Blin Language & Culture is a local community organisation which was set in July 2000. The objective of the organisation is to promote education, health, preserve language, cultural heritage and tradition of the Blin ethnic groups and in particular, enable young children to learn Blin language and preserve the values of Blin people.
